Delete account
Want to delete your lingr account completely? There are two ways — both remove your account and all associated data irreversibly after the 30-day window expires.
In the app (recommended)
The fastest and most transparent way: you get an immediate confirmation and can recover the deletion within the following 30 days.
- 1. Open lingr → Profile tab
- 2. Tap Settings
- 3. Scroll down → Delete account
- 4. Confirm with your password
By email request
If you no longer have access to your device or the app, send us a deletion request. We process it within a maximum of 14 days (GDPR-compliant).
Clicking "Send" opens your mail program with a prepared message to
loeschung@lingr.online. You can
adjust it before sending.
What gets deleted?
- • Your profile, photos, galleries
- • All connections, pulses, vouches
- • Your events and applications
- • Chat histories (on your side)
- • Location history
- • Auth account (irreversible after 30 days)
Anonymised logs are kept for up to 90 days for diagnostic purposes — see Privacy for details.
